I love coming in to Beads Amore' and am lucky to live so close to the Castleton store. I recently had some questions about restringing a pearl necklace and was assisted immediately and given the options of; 1)letting them restring it, or 2)taking the class on September 26th. Unfortunately, that is the same weekend as Madison Chatauqua so I won't be able to take the class this time. But, if it is rescheduled or the class is offered again, I'll be there! Thanks for being so helpful, and thanks for having such a wonderful selection of beads! |

I love this store. I drive down once or twice a month to the 82nd store because we don't have any stores in Chicago that compare to Bead Amore. The variety is overwhelming. They have even set up special classes for when I am going down there. The prices beat the heck out of the chicago stores. |

I had never done any jewelery making before and Dave & Sue were soooo patient!! I made a beautiful green necklace and earrings in an hour. I had not been able to find that particular green in any store. Now I am all set for Christmas.!! |

I stopped into your store last week and left my card. Lovely store. I am an avid beader and was really impressed with the selection. I really liked the ability to hand select the number of beads that I wanted instead of having to purchase a bag and then only use 3 or 4 beads.
Needless to say, I spent a little money. |

I wanted to let you know that Catherine did a fantastic job at last night's ladies night. We had a pretty big group with a mix of experience levels and she handled everyone with a sense of humor and helpfulness. She is very enthusiastic and provides great support and advice, no matter what project one is doing. Catherine dealt with 10 of us and we probably ran her ragged but she kept smiling!!! I've been to several ladies nights and she always does a terrific job - I'm always glad to see her there.
Please let her know we really appreciate all her help and her great attitude!

For the past several months I have been along with a few of my friends attending the Ladies Night at Fishers. We have had several helpers in the past which have been good and helpful. However the other night Kathryn was there and I just wanted to pass along how enjoyable it was to have her there! She is SO HELPFUL and PATIENT with all of us. I think we had about 11 people there and she was able to move around and help everyone without making anyone wait to long. If someone interrupted her she would answer or help that person as much as she could without leaving the person she was working with. When we are done with a project she gets so involved with it as well and shares in the excitement with us. She makes us feel so creative, good, welcome and proud of what we have done!
I just wanted to pass along my thoughts and appreciation for a great employee! I know that I like to hear great things about mine and helps me feel good knowing I have someone to trust and make my customers feel good about my company when I am not there to take care of them.
Have a great weekend! Thanks again for the Ladies Night we love the experience and having a place to be able to do things like this.

Last summer, my daughter and I were visiting Indianapolis and I brought one of my beading magazines and checked beading stores in Indy. for their location. We were thrilled to find your store was not only convenient but actually just down the street. My daughter and I made a bracelet, fashioned from one of your awesome examples.
I absolutely love your store and hope whenever I get to Indy., that I can get to one of your locations!! :)

Everyone was so helpful and I got to create so many hig quality gifts for Christmas. Cris was very patient with me and really hekpful. I was afraid I wouldn't find a place near my Mom's house to create thus years gifts. |

My friends told me about this store so I had to check it out. Came with them on a Ladys Nite and had a ball! We had so much fun and made some fantastic jewelry. I had never done anything like this before but they were very helpful. I will definately be back! |

I just love this store, more loose beads than I have ever seen before. It was worth the drive from Chicago. I'll find excuses now to come to Indinapolis. I found the beads to finish thre projects. |

This is the greatest store, I went in looking to repair on my Aunts hierloom neckalce and fell in love with this shop.
