The Studio by Sculpey Polymer clay and tools are in stock and we have scheduled some awesome classes. You can make up to 80 beads for as little as $3.00. This new clay is very different than the older other brands and types. It is easier to work, much more durable and comes in designer colors. It's not just for kids, you can create some very original designs and imitate most semi-precious stones. Green Bridge Repairs

The green bridge repair project has finally effected traffic this month on 82nd Street in Indianapolis, close to our Clearwater Crossing store. We have prepared an alternative routes map that should help you get to our store during the high traffic times of the day. You can check it out here or pick one up in the Indy store.

Polymer Clay First Steps. Learn about the tools, (rollers, cutters, shapers, molds and more) and how to use them. You will also be instructed on how to create canes and skinner blends. Pick your colors, decide on the basic beads you will make and then create a zipper pull, bracelet, clip-on or book mark as shown.

Beading Terminology  101:
Daisy Chain:  A bead weaving Stitch that has a series of beads woven around a center bead and then connected to another section. It looks like a sires of flowers hooked end to end.
Memory Wire Pliers:  A tool that is especially designed to cut memory wire. Memory wire is made of spring steel and will damage most side cutters and make them unusable.
Round Nose Pliers:  The tool used to create loops on wires, make circles in wire and rounded bends.
